Tiangxiang Automatic Board Line #320

This machine produces 3-ply and 5-ply corrugated cardboard using paper reels up to 1.8m wide. It operates with steam bonding and achieves 80m/min (3-ply) and 75m/min (5-ply).

Tiangxiang Semi-Auto Board Line #280

Double production lines for layered cardboard, 40m/min speed, 1.6m width, steam heat bonding. Efficient for a wide range of packaging needs.

Cangzhou Auto Feeding Slotter

Automates board feeding and slotting. Handles up to 2.6m wide boards at 95 pcs/min. Origin: China.

Die-Cutter

Manual machine that cuts board to shape using metal dies. Operates with 32x43 inch standard board size.

Northpack Auto Flexo Printer & Slotter

Prints up to 2 colors and slots at 95 pcs/min. High-volume solution for 2.6m wide boards. Combines printing and cutting efficiently.

Tianxiang Automatic PP Binder

Secures carton boards with PP straps. Capacity: 400 bundles/hour. Features automatic tensioning, heat sealing, and strap cutting.

Tiangxiang Gum Tape Cutter

Converts 1280mm bulk tape rolls into custom sizes at 120m/min. Ensures precision and efficiency for tape finishing.

Automatic PP & PE Blower

4-line machine producing 9"–54" film rolls from PP/PE granules. 20–50kg/hour capacity. Made in Bangladesh.

Hyplas Auto 4-Color Poly Printer

Prints up to 4 colors on plastic bags at 3000–8000 pcs/hour. Adjustable for 8"–40" sizes. Dual production lines.

Hyplas Side & Bottom Sealer

Semi-auto machine sealing plastic films into bags at 40m/min. 2-person operation. Produces strong, uniform side seams.
