Our Machineries & Processes

Steam Dryer

Our drying facility houses six industrial dryers: 3 high-performance Triveneta (Italy) with 33,000 pcs/day capacity and 3 Tongxin (China) with 16,500 pcs/day. Steam-powered and semi-automatic.

Gas Dryer

14 semi-automatic Tongxin gas dryers process 60,000 garments daily, offering robust drying performance for high-volume operations.

Belly Washing Machine

Includes Tongxin (21,000/day) and Yang Hao (6,000/day) machines. Reverse & forward motor rotation, compatible with all washing agents.

Hydro Extractor

Includes Tongxin (50,000/day) and Bangladeshi-made (23,000/day). Uses centrifugal force to speed up drying prep.

Tonello G1 LW2

Italian-made semi-automatic machine capable of 40,000 garments/day. Delivers powerful yet gentle cleaning via centrifugal force.

Ozone Applicator

Metod (Turkey) machine processes 4,000 garments/hour using eco ozone tech. Reduces chemicals, water, energy — closed-loop safe system.

Macsa id Laser

Spanish laser printer used for high-speed custom garment designs, 4,000/day capacity. Sustainable alternative to chemical prints.

Oven Dryer

Metod conveyor oven handles 8,000 garments/day. Smooth and fast workflow with consistent drying quality.

3D Crinkle

GOTS-approved dry process for permanent crinkle textures. Up to 5,000 garments/day for high-style output.

Tag Stapler

6 Avery Dennison ST9000 units from Turkey for fast tagging. Dual-needle feed with minimal maintenance.

PP Spray

10 eco-friendly spray booths producing faded effects without water. Up to 8,000 garments/day using inflatable forms & spray guns.

Fabric Destruction

8 destruction guns + grinders create distressed styles. Capacity: 10,000/day. Ideal for custom shredding effects.
